    • This depends on the tour. In the tour chart you can find suggestions on preferred bike for the tour.

    • You can also bring your own bike, but chek if it is in order it before to use on the tour.

    • We do not rent bikes, but we would suggest the nearest shop.

  • How fit do I need to be?

    • Bike tours come in various difficulty levels.

    • Check the tour chart for mileage/kilometers and elevation gain to see if it matches your fitness level.

    • In case of doubts check with PiedmontBikeTour staff.

  • Can my children come on tour?

    • There a chance for family tours designed for all ages and fitness levels. Some may have age restrictions, so inquire about specific tours. Check with PiedmontBikeTour staff iin advance before booking a tour.

  • Should I purchase accident insurance?

    • Yes, you can likely purchase accident insurance to help cover medical costs or lost wages if you're injured during your bike tour.

    • The daily price is approx 3/4€.

    • Ask during the booking process.

  • What happens if I get a flat tire?

    • On guided tours, your guide will help you fix a flat tire.

  • What about meals?

    • This depends on the tour duration. Meals costs are not included in the tour guide fees. PiedmontBikeTour will suggest location for the meals that will be paid directly to the restaurant/cafeteria owner.

    • Plan accordingly and bring snacks, if needed.

  • How should I tip the guides?

    • Tipping etiquette of PiedmontBikeTour not requires you tipping the staff.
