Super Easy - suitable for completely beginners. Almost the entire tour is flat.
Should encounter some up and down but never long or difficult.
Easy - suitable for beginners (not completely ones). Some up and down , even on dirty roads. In case of difficulty it's not a problem to walk. There are not so long track and will not impact your bike experience
Medium - previous cycling experience required, even not professional one. It's required to be used to stay on the saddle for many hours and ride the bike on dirty roads with
Difficult - Very good capacity of riding a bike on dirty roads. Previous experience on bike required to attend this type of tour in order to enjoy it
