Tours need to be reserved in advance.

2. Payment
2.1 It is required to completely pay the tour on the booking time.
The fee is not refundable, but can be transfer to another tour or in a bonus to spend in advance on PiedmontBikeTour experiences.
2.2 Specific payment arrangements can be discussed upon request.
3. Cancellation
3.1 PiemonteBikeTours guides reserve the right to cancel or to reroute a tour due to bad weather conditions or any other circumstances that may jeopardize safety.
3.2 Specific cancellation policies will be discussed by the guides based on the activity.

4. Regulation & Liability Waiver
PiemonteBikeTours guides are professional guides with valid patents and insurance. By participating in an activity, you agree to adhere to the regulations set by the tour leader. Participants are required to accept these regulations before starting the tour.
5. Pictures & Videos
Pictures and videos may be taken during the activity. Participants who do not wish to appear in any content should inform in advance the PiemonteBikeTour guide to avoid public sharing.
